EPOXY RESIN D-200

D-200 is a 2-component epoxy-based structural reinforcement product with superior chemical formula, low viscosity, and high permeability to help the material easily move into the holes in the concrete. good hardness, curing without shrinkage, can be suitable for all connecting structures, reinforcement, reinforcing cracks in structures such as columns, beams, foundations, floors and water-retaining structures. The product not only forms an ef fective waterproof barrier, but also acts as a bonding layer between concrete components, thereby restoring the original strength of the concrete structure.

APPLICATION RANGE

• Used to pump cracks in dry concrete surfaces.
• Used to pump the openings for gluing reinforced steel plates.
• Used to pump gaps around bolts.
• Used to pump circuit to stop concrete.
• Mix with quartz sand to form a mixture to repair honeycomb holes on concrete surfaces or create corners for walls and floors.

FEATURES

• No solvents.
• Easy to use due to low viscosity.
• Easy to inject into crevices and handle thoroughly.
• The time allowed to apply after mixing is long.
• Excellent hardness, no shrinkage.
• Very high mechanical strength and adhesion strength to concrete surfaces.

NOTES

• The maximum width of the pumpable crack is 5mm.
• The minimum age of new concrete is 3~6 weeks.
• Minimum temperature of concrete to be pumped is: +10 ˚C.
• The maximum permissible temperature of the substrate is: +30 ˚C.
